Product DescriptionJudy Harrison has a voice you will love to listen to again and again. If you like country, this CD will be a favorite. It's country music with an attitude.
Judy Harrison and her band High Impact have opened for such names as Alan Jackson, Ty Herndon, Mindy McCready, Sammy Kershaw, Emerson Drive, Ronnie Milsap, Tracy Lawrence, Jessica Andrews, John Anderson and more!
In the spring of 1997, Judy travelled to Nashville to work with song writer/producer Tom Paden on her first CD, "A Satisfied Me". It was recorded at County Q Studios with some of Nashville's finest studio musicians and vocal coach Judy Rodman (Academy of Country Music Awards Most Promising Female Vocalist 1985).
The year 2001 marked the release of Judy Harrison and High Impact's second CD, "The Girl Most Likely To." The project, recorded at Frontier Studios in Northern Michigan and at County Q Studios in Nashville, reunited Judy, Tom Paden, Judy Rodman and (in addition to High Impact) a veritable "who's who list" of Nashville's finest musicians. It was nominated in three catagories (best female vocalist, best country album, and best country group) for the '01 Detroit Music Awards.'
"The Girl Most Likely To" blends "country, roadhouse and rock styles into a collection of country that is truly innovative and unique." It is definitely "country music... with an attitude."
