"If your idea of music is some talent less semi clad bimbo or himbo shaking their booty to a drum machine, then forget this CD. If on the other hand you are person of taste and discernment and you want to hear one of the best singer songwriters working today then this is definitely a must have CD. Spanning twenty odd years of Judies exquisite works from the early songs on Elton Johns Rocket label to some of her more recent work on her own Big Moon records, these songs are as good as anything Joni Mitchell or Stevie Nicks have done, be good to your ears buy it."

"Judie Tzuke made a huge splash in Europe with her first 2 albums ("Welcome to the Cruise" in 1979 and "Sportscar" in 1980) and then slowly but surely drifted into obscurity, regretfully. Tzuke was on a par with, say, Joni Mitchell at that time. Fiona Apple may have sounded like this if she started her career 15 years earlier.This compilation captures the best of the initial 2 albums, with some additional later tracks. Tzuke's "claim to fame" is of course her song "Stay With Me Till Dawn", as beautiful a ballad as you will ever hear. But Tzuke can also rock, as tracks like "Sportscar" and "The Choices You've Made" show.If you are not familiar with Judy Tzuke, please check her out. You will not be disappointed! BUY IT!"

"Judie's work is incredible, the music is intelligent, thoughtful, artistic & a total pleasure to listen to.
I'm frustrated that her past work is ne impossible to get hold of! Shoot the Moon, Road Noise - both absolutely brilliant albums/track listings - where are they?
regarding this album, it includes an adequate portfolio, but of course, the live versions of: "Hunter" is ommitted, the haunting "For You" surpasses itself live, as does "'Til Dawn"
I was pleased to see "Southern Smiles & "These are the Laws" - but it is like a taster that leaves you craving to hear "new friends again"/"Bring the Rain" + her other great tracks,
My vision is that one day Judie will release a "true" compilation album including all these, plus those fantastic tracks on "shoot the moon"."

"Judie Tzuke, for some reason that completely escapes me, remains out of the mainstream of today's music world. This album and indeed many others in her large body of work are absolutely exquisite. She is easily the equal of Sarah McLachlan, Joni Mitchell, or Carly Simon. The songs are beautifully executed and the musicianship is top shelf. Stay With Me Till Dawn is a true work of art. If you want something you can treasure, buy it!"
