Produced by the album's chief collaborator Raphael Saadiq (D'Angelo, Kelis, Lucy Pearl) 'Tell Me What We're Gonna Do Now' sees the continued evolution of an artist that took the world by storm when she burst onto the scene in 2003 with Soul Sessions, followed up by the equally successful Mind Body and Soul the following year.

"This is definitely the most slowed-down, relaxing and laid-back track featuring simple but notable production on the release. Joss has a way of working Her soulful voice interweaving it with Common's Hip-Hop approach, and soaring vocally once the middle of the song arrives.

We love You, Joss. You're great!

No one else is this cute, has THIS *GREAT* a voice, can write Her *OWN* songs and know Who to and not to work with in the business.
