"I respect Josh Todd. He does his own thing. When his former Buckcherry bandmates (with exception of guitarist Keith Nelson) leave the band, he moves on. When corporate America doesn't want to put out his record, he starts his own label. In fact, the story of the band has it that Todd was the one who answered a local ad for a band looking for a lead singer. The music is great, anyone who likes hard rock will like this. The production is clean and crisp. The lyrics, well, are a slightly different Todd. Less sex and drugs More more pain and venting. And that's what music is all about. Cathartic. Powerful. No it's not Buckcherry. And it shouldn't be. After all, do you really want more of the same? Change is good. So is this album."
