"I can't express enough how mood/mind altering this disc is. My favorite of all of Jorge's works, this disc is in my library (physically) three times just so I can find it often and rediscover the beauty in it. He mixes pre-Columbian music and instruments with some of the most bizarre synth sounds I have heard to create a style of music I can say nobody has achieved before. When the vocal instrumentation and body slapping comes in from another time and space, you should be comfortably outside of this realm. Truly ground-breaking and mind-opening, this disc will tingle your third eye, and make you believe in Mescalito."
