"I first heard of Jon Swift while watching the surf video Shelter (must see surf video). Jon's (15 songs) album is truly great. I have been listening to it for the past year and a half and it only gets better over time. Some of the reviews on this page are a little negative and, in my opinion, not warranted. He does have an older style that to me is reminescent of Simon and Garfunkel with a touch of Dillon. The music is perfect for long trips or listening alone or while with friends. There is not one bad song on the album and I suggest you buy it."

"This is an album that I like more each time I play it. My friends who I play it for are ususally asking what is this? you like this type of music? the first time I play it, but then next time I see them they are requesting it. It is a unique blend of music that is a little bluesy, folk-ish, jammy, sing-along rock. I think of it as a road trip must have."

"if you're into acoustic singer\songwriter style you'll love it. the record itself is very low-fi. But I wouldn't want it any other way. Fave songs, bobbing like bottles, what i gotta say sometimes, heartland feeling, and of course run river. He's got a voice that's (not similar to),but has that james taylor comforting effect. Relaxing\interesting music."
