"It would be hard to find a better comedian/musician of his era than Johnny Bond. Most folks have heard "Hot Rod Lincoln" and "10 Little Bottles", but this fine small collection of Bond's hits also include his tribute to Country copyright infringement, "Thinkin' Tonite". Johnny was no stranger to the effects of alcohol and this disc includes a few songs in that vein, such as "Sick, Sober, & Sorry", "Three Sheets in the Wind", and "Here Come the Elephants". Perhaps the most amusing is his Red Sovine collaboration on "Gear Jammer and the Hobo". I would give this 5-Stars if it were not such a slim collection of Johnny Bond's works, but, it is a fine intro to one of Country's first true comedians."
