I have heard and enjoyed John Mellencamp for years but never bought one of his CDs (albums way back then) until Cuttin' Heads came out on CD. I think is one of his best and diverse albums. I am By God old enough to start the regress back into MY era and actually hear artists I didn't really hear back in th 70's. I have rediscovered Mellencamp.

I like most of the songs on this cd. I have to admit that I didn't care too much for the title track. Overall it is good but not great. However, Peaceful World stands out as my personal favorite.
