"I've seen Flynn perform in person, and found this live CD to be as good as the real deal. Favorites include "Hard Box of Time," with a bluesy, smooth sensuality that gets you swaying. "Fat Naked Angels" is sweet and funny and has made me chuckle again and again. "That's What Friends Do" is a beautiful, rich song. And there's an amazing bonus track, "I Will Not Fear", written as a response to September 11. You just have to hear it to understand. Flynn writes great kids songs that are intellectually clever enough for adults, reliably giggle-producing for kids, and funny and eminently singable for both. I've been playing favorites from other Flynn CDs like "Road Kill Cafe", "The Duck Song" and "A Manatee Sneezed On Me" for the kids in my life for years. They love the songs, and know all the words by heart. Those kids are moving into the teen years now, and they are gonna LOVE "Get Your Dog Off My Leg"...."
