"If you're unfamiliar with John's Children, they were the short-lived band that Marc Bolan was in before forming T.Rex.This reformed line-up had toured the UK and Germany in spring,2000.'Music...' is a live recording from that outing.Features two original John's members, vocalist Andy Ellison and drummer Chris Townson. This CD is actually very nice to own a copy of.Nearly every track rocks to a sound that's best described as 'power pop'.The most memorable cuts would be "Radio Stars",the psychedelic "Jaded Time Lapse","Brain Damage","Cover Girl","Johnny Mekon" and "Crazy Kids".A couple of Bolan tunes were thrown in for good measure,"Sara Crazy Child",the kick-ass "Perfumed Garden" and "Desdemona".The track "But She's Mine" sounds exactly like The Who's "Anyway,Anyhow,Anywhere".Go figure.Should appeal to fans of vintage Who,Status Quo,the Rolling Stones and The Sweet"."
