The Sex Album had a good gimmick, but it left you wondering if they could do it again without the tricks and whistles that got them on the map (albeit good ones).
Have no fear, here they've created something far and away superior to their first effort. Technically, musically, and in overall mood, this album has what you're looking for. It has just a taste of the old sounds you don't hear so much these days like a young Siouxie Sioux or Johnette Napolitano; but still brings something new and distinct to it that makes it all Vale. Don't miss this album. " |
