Jesse Thomas says 'I write songs mostly because I have a bunch of stuff in my head that drives me a little crazy if it stays in there too long. Usually my songs are personal, but sometimes an idea pops into my head and I'm not really sure why, but I always find a way to make it relate to my life. It is important for me to write music that means something to me. I've written a lot of songs, some I'm really proud of, some that are pretty horrible. I just want to make music that makes me feel good while I'm singing it, and if you guys happen to like it too, then that is pretty neat'
