"I'm a huge Jesse McCartney fan, and im a guy. He is very talented, and if you buy this album you will see that. I went to see Jesse's Beautiful Soul Tour on August 16th 2005, in Denver colorado, and iw as lucky enough to find him after the concert and get his autograph. He is very talented, and Jesse if you happen to read this, i just wanted to say you rock! anyway. The show begins with "Without You" my favorite Live performance on the CD. It is better then the Studio version, mainly because the band rocks, and Jesse's voice is amazing. He quickly moves through "That Was Then" and then "Because You Live" witch is also one of the best performances on this disc. "Good Life" and "She's No You" are good, and so is "The Best Day Of My Life" witch was a bonus track from his debut "Beautiful Soul" Then he heads into 2 slow songs, witch by far show of his best vocals. "Take Your Sweet Time" is a great performance, he brings a girl up on stage and sings to her. "Why Don't You Kiss Her" is an amazing performance. His voice is very strong on it, and he hits all the notes. "What's Your Name" and "The Stupid Things" are exceptinol performances. The last two tracks "Beautiful Soul" and "Get Your Shine On" are amazing, although Jesse does seem to sound tired, he still puts on a great show.

This Album is pretty much amazing, but i would suggest picking up his "Beautiful Soul" album before getting this. 5 out of 5 stars!"

My Favorite CD! I went to this concert!

"This CD is awesome! If you are a huge fan of Jesse's, like I am, you should get this CD. If you are hearing about him for the first time or only know a few of his songs, I suggest you get his Beautiful Soul CD instead. The Live CD is only missing "Come to Me" and "Why is Love So Hard to Find?" from his solo album. However, it includes "The Best Day of My Life" which is not on the Beautiful Soul CD. This CD even includes parts of the concert where he picks a girl to go on stage, introduces his band mates, and says his thank-yous and good byes to his fans. I like this CD because I love Jesse's music. His band sounds really awesome Live. I like the sound of the music better on this CD than on his original one. Best of all, Jesse really can sing! I know because I actually went to this concert where the CD was recorded! So, if you went to his concert at Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara, California, you're just as lucky as I am! My favorite songs that he sings are "Because You Live", "The Best Day of My Life", and "Beautiful Soul." My least favorite song from his solo album is probably "The Stupid Things." However, his vocals are really good when he performed it Live, and I like it more now. Overall, this is a great CD and I would highly recommend it. Jesse also has a DVD of this same concert, which I think is even better. Congratulations Jesse, on a job well done! =)

Best Live Album Ever...

"This is the best live album ever made. Never have I ever heard a live album that sounds better than the studio album. Every song on this cd is better than the album versions.



Reviewing each song is pointless since they are the same ones from the album (only a lot better, especially "Without U"), but there is two songs that aren't on the debut album;



Good Life-10/10. Different and interesting, Jesse proves that he can sing in more than one style.

The Best Day Of My Life-10/10. A little short, but still pretty good.



Each song from "Beautiful Soul" that is here is ten times better than the album versions, and the album versions are excellent. Get this live album; it's the best one you will ever have."
