"Since, I am a huge Jerry Lee Lewis fan his music never dissapoints me because he never plays the same song twice. However, I was not looking for a live CD, because if I was, there is only you need "Live at the Star Club." I wanted the orginal recordings of these 16 songs because it is a nice selection from the Killer's magnificent and turmultous career all on one CD. With that being said, he still Kicks it in high gear even at his age. The two standout tracks on this CD are "I'll find it where I can" and "Rockin my Life Away." While, I encourage everyone to listen to the "The Best" musical performer of the last 50 years, I would suggest that if you are new to the "Killer's" fabulous and fast musical catalog to start with the basics. Then work you way open to his live recordings because there is nothing like them in the world. No one else in modern music history can play such a range music and 45 years after he took the world by storm with "Whole Lotta Shakin Goin On," his is still the one and only "Killer.""
Not a good value

"This CD is just 13 cuts from the Palomino Club Recordings that have been available for years on the Tomato record label.
The complete Palomino Club Recordings can be purchased at this site, and you get all of the recordings not just 13. A Jerry Lee Lewis expert from Mineola NY."
