"Jerry Herman as everybody knows him: Big, brassy tunes that sometimes appear charming and mostly tempt you to hum them. Well, what`s more to say about it...if you like Jerry Herman`s music - and I happen to like it - it is urgently recommendable. Otherwise: you won`t make a mistake by buying this cd, the score`s just pure Broadway (well at least the way Broadway used to be thirty years ago)and who knows how long Jerry Herman`s still going to write new shows.....???"

"Angela Lansbury is such a marvelous actress and singer. On the CD, she sounds so real! The songs are very catchy and I found myself singing them all day. I am a huge Broadway fan, so, of course, I found this musical to be tweeibly fun and energetic, and I'm sure you will too!"
