"If you went to Cal (UC Berkeley) in the 1990's and checked out the local music scene, you would have more than likely attended a The Jenny Thing show at Blake's on Telegraph or at the Berkeley Square. This is TJT's second album, but the only (out of 3) that was distributed nationally. With influences from the Cure and Matthew Sweet, this album is great at presenting what good music of the 1990's should sound like. Many of the tracks explore emotions related to broken relationships or the uncertainty of life itself, but the album stills comes through giving audiences an excellent musical performance that is neither sad nor somber. Although the band sounds better live, The Jenny Thing does not fail in showing their best on this cd. Tracks I recommend listening to include "Christmas," "Spin," "Cookie Crumbs," and "Sky Will Fall.""

"This is a wonderfully fantastic CD. Hauntingly melodic and full of energy, every song is solid. If you are a fan of the Indies and/or Alternative music, you can't go wrong with this one."
