This is the new large band album from New Orleans bluesman Jeff Chaz. Jeff has a long history in the blues and Americana. In the eighties, Jeff toured with rock and roll pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis for a while in between playing blues clubs on Beale Street in Memphis and festivals. After Jerry Lee, Jeff did a tour with the late, great Albert King, and has always had a close association with bluesman such as the late Little Milton. In New Orleans, Jeff released three successful albums. The new CD, Live in New Orleans was done at the Banks St Bar, a famous local hot spot where people such as Walter 'Wolfman' Washington play on a regular basis. Tourists and blues travelers who are 'in the know' show up here often for the music and to rub shoulders with the locals. Jeff has been entertaining crowds from around the world for many years and enjoys very heavy airplay on stations such as XM and Sirius. This is a big band live CD with a variety of blues to suit all palates.
