There's no better way to finish a hall of fame career than to release 2 outstanding singles in Dirt off your shoulder and 99 Problems. Dirt off your shoulder is a great song with an unusual beat and a catchy hook, a song that's got everyone across the world dusting off their shoulders. 99 Problems is the better song in my opinion, where Jay-Z goes into deeper issues like racial stereotypes, and it's backed up with an awesome guitar riff in the background. This is a must have for any Jay-Z fan, heck, anyone who likes their rap GOOD should have this CD."
