"I first came to know of Jane Jensen after watching the movie Tromeo and Juliet. I was just so intrigued by this adorable creature that played Juliet I just had to find out more about her. To my surprise, I discovered that she made music too. So I just had to get this album since I have such a weakness for female singers. While I must admit with my first listen I thought "What the #@$% is this." I gave it a fair chance though, and the more I listened to it. The more I liked it. So much so I had to track down her first album as well. Speaking of which if you go to janejensen.net (not .com, that's another Jane Jensen) and click on her blog link there are some free MP3's from her first album there. Her first album isn't quite as energetic, but still a good listen."
Underappreciated

"My feelings over the past few years towards music are that the people doing the best music are always underappreciated. I remember years ago when Jane's first cd came out that Spin and some other magazines started to give her some press and MTV actually played her first single. But then the record industry when mad (what a surprise) and a lot of great artists got left behind. For myself, Jane was the worst person for this to happen to. Her newest cd shows that Jane has not missed a step. I recommend this cd to anybody who enjoyed her first album, or anybody looking for a truly original artist."
Jane Jensen Is A Musical Genius

"No can touch this amazing woman. I honestly did not think she would be able to top her first extraordinary CD "Comic Book Whore", but "Burner" is just as awesome and then some. This CD kicks major .... Each song is a testament to her unbelievable talent. "Happiness" is one of the most amazing songs ever recorded - that song alone is worth buying the CD. In the world of trendy pop tarts, Jensen soars above them all with her raw lyrics and amazing ability to use music as imagery. She deserves Goddess status in the world of rock 'n' roll."
