A great Tribute to Unforgotten Composer

"Music history is full with examples of wonderfull but neglected and rarely played pieces and composers.This CD is an exquisite example for what might have been a huge success unless the composer Janacek was not overshadowed by his compatriot much famous and accepted Dvorak.Although adherent of Romanticism, Janacek developed his own innovative style reflecting many foreign veins as Slavic Russian and even pure Jazz and Blues so popular in his lifetime.This marvellows combination makes the superb Sinfonietta and leave us with a splendid odour of something heavenly...Jilek and the Brno State Philharmonic contribute in a fabulous performance to the unique athmosphere and the great sound does the rest.Just for Sinfonietta, but also for the other most special pieces like the "Wondering of the Little Soul" grab this CD and hurry to put it in your collection."
