"Absolutely beautiful is what it is. The lyrics are some of the most depressing I've ever heard, but the music doesn't drag the mood down. Soft but penetrating music with heartfelt vocals. Jamison Covington is not just some depressed, angsty teenager who wrote some mediocre poetry and equally mediocre music to accompany it all to make preteen girls swoon. He's a man with a talent to make you feel everything he's feeling through words and music. Heartache and heartbreak with such intensity that no one could call it wimpy. Jamison Covington and Parker Case are the type of people you can't picture doing anything else but making music. This isn't something they're doing just for kicks. Buy "Notes and Photographs", it's a beautiful CD."

"This ep is awesome. I have yet to own the cd but I recently went on mp3.com to listen to a few of the 5 songs and I loved it. It is deffinatly worth your money. If you like Dashboard Confessional type music then this is a must. It has the emotion and sound of music that we need more of. You can go to mp3.com to listen to them yourself. But be warned, you will fall in love right away."
I'm a sucker for pop music, and this album explains why.

"As much as I like hardcore and punk, this band rekindles my love for good ol' poppy emo. Don't doubt this band, because they will be huge. Just check out this ep, and I'm sure you'll agree."

"This ep is amazing... very catchy and and their vocals are awesome. Some might compare them to the all-american rejects, but i don't hear it. I definitely think they have a musical style of their own. I recently saw jamison parker at a show and i must say that they were even better live. I highly recommend this ep to anyone who appreciates good music or any one wanting to discover a new band. I can't wait for a full-length album by these guys."
