"Jacob Olausson is an actual farmer, so one can only picture his creepy old farm bathing in the moonlight on any given evening, while he's inside making this dissonant yet enchanting recording. The guitars couldn't be more out of tune, and the odd instrumentation would seem to fit if only it hadn't been recorded on this planet. The melodies are the most original thing that this recording has to offer, which is funny considering how many layers and sounds there are. Everything about this is unconventional, and I have never felt an album truly drips with so much beauty than when it abandons everything that 'defininte' 'finite' music tends to restrict. Jackob Olausson's intergalatic farm would be a good place to chill on any given evening, and for a while I think I will..."
