Superb solo recital

"Jacky Terrassan's solo recital (an appropriate term for this classical-like CD) is very interesting and creative. Whether it is the African inspired Caravan, deeply felt, beautiful ballads like You've Got a Friend and Everything Happens to Me, or original compositions/improvisations, this CD gives a clear picture of Terrassan's unique and considerable talents. I highly recommend this beautifully recorded CD."

"Jacky Terrasson is back. Back with his beloved Steinway piano and with it, all colours, timbers, subtleties that are the signature of Terrasson's music. A solo piano album is not an easy choice but perhaps is an unavoidable one at his stage of a career.

Caravan is orchestral, colorful, almost perfumed, infused with images and variety. But it is "everything Happens to me" that really brought it home and was so intimate, like a confession about harder times...

Sophisticated as mentioned by one reviewer, musical, personal and intelligent. it is also well recorded.

Classical pianists could learn a thing or two from him...
