CD ReviewsReal music 4 a change 03/03/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "I loved "Southern Songbook" Jack did last year on Silverwolf.However, I think "Sentimental Southern Boy" showcases Jacky Jack's range of lyrical and melodic themes to an even better light.He certainly isn't trying to write "commercial". Jack just isn't limiting his self-expression. That's why I am an unabashed fan.The overall emphasis is the New South.Still, you can hear the magnolias rustlin' in the background."Moonpie Afternoon" is the best song. With 'It Will All Come Back to You" a close second. The title cut and "Prestwich Bridge" are also exceptional."
