A band that should have made it

"This first album is a great one. From the upbeat and fun "Three in a Boat" to the dramatic "Rain," O'Neill and Pierce combine to create amazing muscic that has a remarkably honest quality to it. Even their rendition of the "Irish Blessing" is touching. This is one that all music lovers should own."
Good Starting Point

"This is JP's initial offering, and Jack O'Neill's songs are all AMAZING, and established him as an excellent songwriter. Just check out "March," "Heroes," and "My Time." "Rain," and "Circle" are also excellent Cary Pierce songs, but most of his others on this album are kind of on the corny side. His songwriter improved greatly though (check out other JP albums "Bringing on the Weather," or "Women as Salvation." But that's the only reason this one doesn't get 5 stars. And yet, the disc is worth the price just for Jack's songs."
Great, down-to-earth music for lounging around with friends.

"JackOPierce is no longer together but they had some great songs. I listened to them live while in school at UT Austin (they were formed at Texas A&M). Great band!"
