"Jaci Velasquez hemos impresionado nos con un álbum de la Navidad en el español. Jaci es muy original, yo pienso que ella es la primero persona que tradució un álbum de Navidad en inglés. Jaci ha hecho un álbum de Navidad en inglés y ahora ella tradució ésos canciones tradicionales en español. Los puntos culminantes:1.) Oh Ven, Oh Ven Emmanuel (2:12) = Esta canción es uno que es tradional y el adaptación en inglés se llama "O Come, O Come Emmanuel".2.) La Canción del Ángel (4:17) = Esta canción es uno original, Jaci canta muy bien y la música suena como Navidad. 3.) El Rey de Israel (3:18) = Esta canción es otro que es tradional y el adaptación en inglés se llama "The First Noel".4.) Navidades Blancas (3:32) = Esta canción es mi favorito en inglés y me gusta lo más en español porque es muy interesante. El adaptación en inglés se llama "White Christmas"5.) Si tu no Estuvieras Conmigo en Navidad (4:25) = Esta es otro canción original, Jaci canta muy bien y la música suena como Navidad. 6.) Hoy es la Navidad (2:30) = Es otro canción que es tradional y la adaptación en inglés se llama "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. 7.) Navidad, Navidad, Navidad (2:36) = El adaptación en inglés de esto canción es más bueno que esto adaptación en español. La canción en inglés se llama "Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow".8.) I'll be Home For Christmas (4:06) = Esto canción no es traducido en español, pero es muy bueno y yo pienso que te gustará.9.) Tiempo de Amar (con Pete Orta) (4:30) = Es otra canción original y es un dúo con Pete Orta.10.) The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire) (3:17) = Esto canción no es traducido en español, pero es muy tradional y yo puedo ver por qué ellos no tradució lo. 11.) O Little Town Of Bethlehem (5:30) = Esto canción es otro que no es traducido en español pero es tradional como los otros. 12.) Feliz Navidad (3:03) = Tu sabes cómo esto canción suenas, es muy tradional. 13.) The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late) Un dúo con Alvin y los Chipmunks (2:31) = Esto canción es mi favorito en esto álbum y el canción es muy cariñoso. Jaci Velasquez es una buena artista que sabe que ella esta diciendo, y me gusto la realidad que ella hizo un álbum en español."

""Navidad" is awesome!! I totally love this album. It is very traditional and soothing. Jaci's flawless voice makes this album even more enjoyable. "La Cancion del Angel" is my favorite song along with "Tiempo de Amar". These two songs are beautiful. I'm pretty sure that these will become Christmas classics in no time!"Navidad" esta precioso!! Me facina este disco. Es muy tradicional y calmante. La hermosa voz de Jaci hace este disco aun mas precioso. "La Cancion del Angel" es mi favorita junto con "Tiempo de Amar". Estas dos canciones estan hermosas. Estoy seguro que seran clasicos en cualquier momento!"

One of the best Christmas CDs of 2001 - in Spanish!!

"Jaci has two previous Spanish CDs and they are really good! But this new Christmas album is just spectacular and in a business where a Spanish version usually comes out later, this CD was released in Spanish at the same time as the English version!We traditionally wait til after Thanksgiving to play Christmas music, but I couldn't resist opening this one today as our family was taking a 2-hour road trip. We listened to the whole thing a couple of times and we loved it! I have high expectations for Jaci's music and this one exceeded my expectations.Jaci shows herself to be a TRULY versatile artist in the many different styles of music on this album. The opening track O Come O Come Emmanuel is beautiful and haunting. Angel Song is written by Chris Eaton and a high point on the album. What Jaci has done with the traditional carols is wonderful; I agree with some of the other reviewers who think that sometimes artists go too far afield in trying to make the traditional carols "original". Jaci's treatment of these all-time favorites maintains the familiar beauty, while adding her stunning vocals and lush orchestration and choir back-up where appropriate.Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Let It Snow, and I'll Be Home for Christmas have a Big Band sound and her voice changes to reflect the style. Smooth jazz - so relaxing! And sometimes she sounds to me somewhat like Natalie Cole (hey, I told you she's versatile!). I was so thrilled to hear her rendition of Feliz Navidad - a Christmas CD by Jaci wouldn't be complete without that! You'll be up on your feet and dancing around to this one!!If you're fortunate enough to get her limited edition with the bonus track (available here on Amazon), you'll here Jaci's duet with Alvin and the Chipmunks. What a hoot! You'll hear the Chipmunks trying to speak Spanish as well as the usual song you've come to know and love from Alvin and his chipmunk gang! Some younger music-lovers might not know this traditional song that us 40-somethings grew up with. This is a great way to introduce them to it!Overall, this is SUCH a great CD - poignant offerings which will get you teary-eyed, traditional favorites made even better, Jaci's crooning voice on some of those Big Band numbers, Feliz Navidad, and the Chipmunk Song - what more could you ask! This is a perfect early-Christmas gift for music-lovers of all ages!By the way, Jaci has two Spanish albums out - they're incredible! If you know someone who speaks Spanish (or a teenager who is taking Spanish in high school), this would be the perfect gift!Please check out my other reviews of Christian music!"
