"Without exaggerating, this album is absolutely bananas! The production is hot, but more important, the lyrics are NOT watered down. Whoever wrote these songs definitely has an authentic relationship with God. I love the way that the tracks themselves do not distract from the message of each of the songs. Favorites are Beautiful Light, Amazing, Smile, Press On and Sorry Child. But the other tracks are good as well. There are none that require the skip button. This album is so important to me that I believe that it could seriously reach our young people and teenagers and REALLY draw them into to the kingdom of God. It's a crying shame that music like this doesn't get the hype and promotion of secular music. But I have faith that this album and the whole Cross Movement Records Lable will eventually reach the masses.



J.R. keep doing what you are doing. You have a gift that the world needs to hear."

"I was a little doubtful of JR when I heard his first single "Temptations". However after borrowing the album from my homeboy and listening to it, I only could conclude that this is one of the hottest albums (secular or God-infused) I have ever heard. The production is so hot.I don't know who has done most of the production (have yet to read the album jacket) but it sounds very similar to the Neptunes' production. Infact, some of the songs are better than some of Pharrells recent works. JR manages to balance his vocal prowess with the power of the Word and the substance that relates to today's hot topics! Favorite joints: Superstar, Amazing, Smile, Shine Your Light, Sorry Child, God of Peace, Just for Me and Greatest/High. Just the whole album!!!!! Hotness, go cop this joint, you will not regret it, unless you only listen to Quartet music!!! LOL"

"Cross Movement has really done it again. CMR is the one label that puts out nothin but hits, for real. I had heard JR singin the hooks on Da Truth's album so I decided to hit up his solo CD. From beginnin to end this CD is nothin but greatness. His vocals are so smooth and his lyrics are straight ministry. This became my instant favorite CD, this joint is everything wonderful! Buy it, don't burn it - support the man of God!"
