Amazon.com One of the most underrated R&B legends, the Isleys' career has spanned four decades, kicking off with the seminal singles "Twist & Shout" and "Shout"--both perhaps better known via cover versions--before evolving into funkier pop fare throughout the '70s. The brothers have been on at least six different labels, and their material has been licensed for numerous compilations. This Curb collection is perhaps the skimpiest, including needless covers ("Long Tall Sally"), and while it features three genuine hits (though in no sort of chronological order), it excludes "Shout" (but does include "Surf & Shout"?!) and "It's Your Thing."
