"Pages of brutal, pulverizing desert metal torn from the klassic Kyuss playbook, rolled up into fatties of fuzzbox doom, and blown sky-high." -- Salt Lake City Weekly Formed in 2002 as your typical band of drunks making noise on the weekends, Iota has evolved into a unique blend of melody and psychedelic bliss. Many shows, demos, and lineup changes later, the band is still shaking walls with a spaced-out brand of rock steeped in blues, coated with vintage psych guitar rock, and rolled in metal for extra flavor. Ranging from high-speed madness to lumbering space jams, Iota's live shows never disappoint. The band's first EP was included in SLC Weekly's Top 50 of 2004, and their second was included in the Top 75 of 2006.
