Dirt-cheap CD with great performances.

"I'm amazed at the absence of reviews on this page -- as well as the throwaway price this CD is offered for! All performances here are quite good -- starting with the Concerto of Aranjuez _impeccably_ played by Tokos (first time I hear this name, but his performance here is first-class).
I'd like to especially point to the version of de Falla's Spanish Dance played by Jurgen and Monica Rost. You don't hear too much about these musicians, but their rendition of the piece is the best I've ever heard. Try it, then the popular Williams/Bream version and you'll see what I mean. Williams and Bream are very good musicians, that's why I'm bringing them up -- as good as they are, after the intelligent and tasteful interpretation by Rosts, their version seems hasty and w/o nuance, despite being objectively good.
This CD is truly great; I don't know why it appears to be sitting abandoned here: don't be fooled by the low price, instead take advantage of it. It's great music. It's just no one's making noise about it for some reason. Well, let me try to remedy it. If you like spanish guitar music, you'll love this one, guaranteed. Rosts play with incredibly good taste; I'm going to search out more of them now."
