"Inside Out of course features Zack de la Rocha of RATM fame, but don't expect anything like that with this, except that it's heavy and angry. This is an Orange County hardcore band, back in 1990 or so when Zack was in the straight edge scene. It has six songs: the first four are from their 7" and the last two are from their split with No Escape, I believe. Screaming, raging, driving hardcore music, with more believable, personal lyrics than RATM has ever written. The band also featured Vic from the old school band Beyond and later the Krishna band 108 on guitar. If you like this, you should definitely look up those two bands, particularly 108. The sounds of the two bands are very similar."
Not the same Zack de la Rocha you're used to...but still awe

"Before Zack de la Rocha conked heads with Tom Morello and created one of the greatest bands of all time, he was the frontman of a small hardcore band in California. They only released one studio record, and EP, and this is it.
This record crackles with intensity, right from the very first track. Zack's voice is not the same smooth rapper you year on RATM's stuff; here he goes all out and screams, yells, and even sings. The band is great is well, with a great guitar player though not quite as amazing as Tom Morello. Be warned though: this may be too intense for people not used to hardcore punk. But for a guy like me, I love it.
If you liked this, check out "Live At The Anthrax", the only other record Inside Out released."

"I'm very happy to listen this album...
For me Zack de la Rocha is the best singer and I like his job.
This Zack is very different by the Rager Zack, but he's angry too.
Very very nice album!
Buy it!"

"I expected this CD to sound a lot more like Rage than it does, but it still rules. The lyrics lack the power of Zach's newer writings, but it is still a great album. If you like Rage, buy this to hear a different kind of Zach."
