"Nuclear Cyberpunk Sadometal... that was their own description of their music in the early days, and sure that spirit was lost in the last albums, but IN returns triumphally with this record, their best since Suomi Finland Perkele. the production has improve 100%, the songs are more varied than before and the lyrics are childishly great as always. this is the best metal record with a punk attitude that I have listen to in a long time, highly recommended."

"Impaled Nazarene is definitely one of the most unique bands in the black metal genre. They have perfectly mixed the cold hard riffs of black metal with the raging guitars of thrash. The best thing about this album is the ability to both feel the darkness of the songs but and hear the mosh pit ready sound. I love the vocals and lyrics on this album; they are just so aggressive and pis sed off that you just can't help but bang your head and scream along. The riffing is amoung the best out there in music and it just overwhelms you. I just have to say that the drummer truly makes you feel the music. Really astounding actually. I am just wondering why there are so little bands that play music that Impaled Nazarene. My personal favorite song is the loud metal anthem "Hardboiled and Still Hellboud", but other greats include "The Lost Art of Goat Sacrificing" and "Via Dolorosa". Pick up this album, put it in your C.D. player, and you will understand why this is one of my top ten favorites albums of all time."
