"Finally we get an original album of Ike and Tina Turner on CD. They have recorded so many albums in the 70's for United Artists ( which is now part of EMI ) and almost none of them are available on CD. Let's hope this is the beginning of the complete Ike and Tina collection on CD... "Live in Paris" is also just released, so there is hope... This album was released in 1977 when Ike and Tina were already seperated. Ike released the record with material they recorded before they split up. ( Two other Ike and Tina albums "Airwaves" (1978-United Artists) and The Edge (1980-Fantasy/EMI records) still followed later). Delilah's Power is a great album from start to finish. People who love "Nutbush City Limits" should definately check out this album. Delilah's Power is as good as Nutbush ( and is also written by Tina Turner). Other superb tracks are "Stormy weather","Nothing comes to you when you're adream" and "Pick me up". Pick this CD up NOW!!!!"

"This album is great for collecters of Ike and Tina Turner. The best thing about Delilah's Power is that it is an original. This album has some great songs on it. Although a couple of the songs have been heard on Dues Paid. They are the same songs but different versions. This is a GREAT album and I recommend it to anyone."
