Australia's Husky is front man Husky Gawenda and keyboard player Gideon Preiss cousins who grew up together plus bassist Evan Tweedie and drummer Luke Collins. Their shared passion for rich harmonies and artful songwriting points back to the artists they grew up on: Crosby Stills & Nash, Dylan, Leonard Cohen, the Beach Boys. Their debut album, Forever So, was mixed by Noah Georgeson (Devandra Banhart, Joanna Newsom, The Strokes). The track "History's Door" won Australia's Triple J radio network's unsigned-band contest and has been promoted from coast to coast.
