ALMOST the best of the Human League
Anthony Rupert | Milwaukee, WI | 07/02/2004
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I saw this collection in the store one day, and I was interested because I am a big fan of the Human League. I didn't pick it up though, because I already have most of these songs. But if you?ve never heard of the Human League, then this is a pretty good collection to get. There are hit songs on here like "The Lebanon" and "Mirror Man"; and a Human League collection wouldn't be complete without "Human".

The only gripe I have is that Human League had some monster hit songs that aren't even included here. Remember when they put out that Fascination EP around 1983? Where's "(Keep Feeling) Fascination"? And why in the world isn't "Don't You Want Me?" on here? Oh well, this is still a nice collection for the group that helped define new wave music, but it would have been better had it included the two songs I mentioned.
