"The spicy songs on this CD offer enough rhythm and tempo changes for dancers to wow their audiences and showcase the variety of Middle Eastern dance. The songs allow you a dramatic entrace, a slow taxim, or an upbeat beledi. Each song includes helpful liner notes that tell you the name of the rhythm, which instruments are playing, and when the changes occur. I especially loved the tabla solos at the end--perfect for dancers with a flare for rapid shimmying."

"Hossam Ramzy just keeps cranking out wonderful music. This CD doesn't have one dog on it. The flavor of this CD is more classical Oriental Dance music than "Secrets of the Eye". My favorite cut is the title track "Faddah". This is a fun and dynamic piece for the dancer with many rhythm and mood changes and a Samaii section guarenteed to challenge a western Oriental dancer. There's a deliciously sleepy "last dance of the evening" style track and, of course, fantastic Hossam drum solos. I recommend this CD highly for Egyptian style dancers."
