Can't be the SAME Band as the debut, can it?

"This 2nd release has to be even worse then the what the band Wildside put out after the great "Under the Infuence" disc.
The debut by Hittman was Great, one of the best underated albums of the hard rock/metal genre........then this? The first time I played I thought another band was under the name Hittman. I had to triple check that the band members on this release were in fact on the debut. What happened? This is a slow, boring, and totally forgetable listen. Song titles - "Say a PRAYER for me", "Answer my PRAYER", "Mercy" - what? Is this a Christian band now? Stryper sounded better and heavier even on their worst songs. Journey, Styx, REO, Survivor have more power, which is tough for me to admit.
I had to give this 1 to 2 more listens - maybe I was missing something? Nope, this disc will be given away at a used CD store.
Want a great hard rock/metal CD/tape? But the debut S/T by Hittman. Don't bother with this."

"Hittman changed drastically from their self-titled debut on this one which I'd give 5 stars, but this one doesn't leave anything to be desired either. Some of the best tracks here are "The Ballad of Jackson Heights" and the intense "Misery". Dirk Kennedy's top notch vocals add brilliance to songs like "Listen" and "Renegade Man". Definitely worth getting. One of the last great commercial metal releases."
