It's a small highway, but it's loud!

"They hail from Pittsburgh. They have tattoos, once toured with an escape artist, and probably drink Iron City. Hell, when I lived in Pittsburgh, I drank Iron City too. But what Highway 13 really does, is play old-fashioned, hard-edged, dirty-boy rock & roll. There's no pretty "swingabilly" on this album, just blue collar grit. Fantastic musicians, with a rousing set of original songs (check out "Dirt Nap", my fave) that just beg to be danced too. Well, ok, I don't dance, but I'd place that unfiltered Lucky between my lips, clench my fingers on the wheel of my Chevy, and growl along with "Lucky 13", "Cuttin' Up", and the unforgetable "Hillbilly Heartache". Check this baby out, along with The Road Kings, Ace & The Ragers, and The Reverend himself... Highway 13 is fit to be travelled."
