"I used to go see Herman Brood and his Wild Romance whenever I could, while growing up in Holland. After a rather rapid rise in popularity and an even faster fall Herman Brood went back to his roots. He performed in small dancehalls and youth centers sometimes playing for less than a hundred people. Mid song one of the band members would mutter: "I need a drink." Everybody would suppend at the bar for a beer and would shortly thereafter climb on stage once again and continue. I must have seen them fifteen times or more and this box set is the definate accolade. This and Cha Cha and you have it all."
