"This CD from Holland on the EMI Plus label contains the A- and B-sides of the groups first ten singles released in Europe in the 60's. It includes «Show Me Girl», which was never released in the US, a customized Goffin-King written follow-up after the group had reached No.1 in the UK with the debut single «I'm Into Something Good», also covered by Earl Jean. You get all their early hits, but even more interesting are the group's more obscure selfpenned numbers such as «Take Love, Give Love», «My Reservation's Been Confirmed», «For Love» and «What Is Wrong - What Is Right». These tracks clearly show that the Hermits were able to write crafty rock songs on their own, and if given more exposure at the time, this material could have made people see the group in a somewhat different light. The bonus CD-Rom with biography, photo gallery, discography and a screen saver for your PC, all adds up to a CD release which gives great value for money. A must for Herman's Hermits collectors!"
