CD ReviewsUP FROM THE DEPTHS by HELLION ROCKS---BIG-TIME! 06/20/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "During the 1990s many GREAT metal albums went out of print. Unfortunately most of HELLION's albums continue to be unavailable. However, thankfully, New Renaissance records has decided to re-release a number of the classic tracks on CD. My favorite songs are "Break The Spell" and "Backstabber." However, there are so many excellent songs that it is imossible to say which one is best.Another good thing about this album is that the record company decided to stick with the "classic" line-up of members on all tracks. All of my favorite players are here. Ann Boleyn sings. Bill Sweet, who was only 15, played bass. Ray Schenck and Alan Barlam play guitar. And, the self-proclaimed "WFD" (World Famous Drummer), Sean Kelley is the drummer. I'd get this while you can. The people at New Renaissance discontinue their albums often."
