"Was real glad to finally land down a copy of this Japanese import of vintage live Heldon. First two tracks (both running an average of ten minutes each) "1984 Apres Cosmic C'etait" and the beautifully electronic blissful "Distribution Deterritorialisation" are from a never-before heard live gig in Paris, 1976. The remaining five tunes - including the smoothly played "Heldon Is Back", the jamming "Lady From The North", "Klossowski's Circlus Vitiosus" plus two others are apparently from a 1975 limited in circulation cassette bootleg of Heldon titled 'Cocaine Blues', also from Paris (with improved sound quality). Sound mix on 'Live Electronic Guerilla' is very good, I thought - a true fan really couldn't ask for more. Personnel: Richard Pinhas-guitar & moog, Patrick Gauthier-mini-moog & moog bass, Alan Renaud-guitar & analog keyboards and Francois Auger-drums. Top notch '70's French electronic progressive to be heard here. Only place it gets better is on the other live Heldon release - 'Well & Alive In France: Live in Nancy 1979' 2-CD, also put out on the Captain Trip label."
