"Beautiful, rough-hewn rock songs that grow on you with each listen. The jaw-dropping opener "How to Breathe" is an instant interstate classic. This is one of the few rock records of 1999 I can imagine listening to years from now."

"Health and Happiness were a diamond in the vast plains of fake jems that is today's music. Attending their final gig at Fez in NYC I left feeling inspired, sad, and joyful to know that these musicians did what they wanted and left without being ground down in the music mills. "Sad and Sexy" is a perfect example of what H&H were about, straight ahead, driving but so smooth. There is not a track that leaves you wanting for more. Buy this one, then check out their first 2 CD's. It will keep you healthy and happy!"
