Overlooked masterpiece - Power pop heaven

"For 25 years or more, Sweden has produced some great garage rock, check Nomads, Watermelon Men, Wayward Souls and more current bands like Hellacopters, but the HMB's are more Barracudas then Iggy. And with a prefect blend of power pop like the The Chevelles (same label now) and the mighty New Pornagraphers, they hone in on a real whallop of a debut.
From the opening riff until the finale, brevity, plenty of hooks, well placed backing & lead female vox, smarty use of synths all contribute to a real complete effort of solid rock & roll.
High marks to Little Stevie for trumpeting these guys, and along with the equally great Len Price 3 are the future of rock music.
One of the finest releases of 2009 and certainly over-looked by most of the tastemakers, who tout Radiohead as the saviors, Pluhease!"
