In April of 2006, Havenside was born and began cutting its teeth putting out a few demo E.Ps and playing lots of local & regional shows throughout the first 2 years of existence.  After their first full length album, Lost & Departed self-released in February of 2009, the band experienced drastic changes. Having added a new drummer, guitarist & bassist, they came together as a powerful band who had transformed their sound into something remarkably powerful and solid.  One year later, Havenside was approached by legendary Mikey Hood of (Hoods) about signing with his label Westcoast Worldwide Records. They then began finishing the writing & recording process of Recognition with Robert Swanson at Mayhemeness Recording Studios  in Sacramento, California. The album then released in October of 2010 via Westcoast Worldwide Records featuring guest  vocalists Rob McCarthy (ex-Lionheart) and Mikey Hood (Hoods). The album began to see a lot of hype and put Havenside on the map in the metal/hardcore scene, touring the album with Deserters & Domination and some solo runs. One year later, the band decided to make their way to Oakland, Ca to start recording another solid hard hitting album titled Nemesis with Zack Ohren at Castle Ultimate Studios that they released in April of 2012 via Westcoast Worldwide Records. Seven years gone by, the band remains intact with a few member changes. Recently signed with a new label and three records already under their belts, the group plans to put out a fourth album titled ""Living Our Darkest Days"" on prominent New York label Innerstrength Records"" in early 2014. The album was tracked at Mayhemness Recording Studios with Robert Swanson and mixed/mastered at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland, CA.  Most recently Havenside toured Europe as part of the Taste Of Anarchy Tour with Nasty, Lionheart, and Cruel Hand.  For Fans of Parkway Drive, The Ghost Inside, Obey The Brave
