"This is a great album! A Five Star rating doesn't seem to be enough, how about the Milky Way! Harriet Schock has a knack of writing songs that can be understood by anyone that lives and breathes. Her wonderful voice brings to mind "Emmylou Harris". Especially the song "Patsy Cline". The album is elegantly produced and is a valued addition to my collection of recordings. Its listened to over and over again."

"Harriet Schock's "rosebud" is a journey you won't want to miss! She takes you down old familiar roads in a way unlike I have heard in a long time. Her lyrics will leave you feeling like she has been walking with you through those doors of pain, and by the time the 13th song ends you will hit play "over and over and over" just to take that journey one more time. With each listen of Harriet Schock's CD I have come to learn a little more about myself and how courageous and powerful her music is. Her writing is genuine in it's lyric, comforting in it's melody and edifying to the soul! A must have for those who love nostalgia! A great background CD for those great dinner parties! You'll be amazed at how many will stop their dinner conversation to ask ..."Who is this?""
Rosebud - rich in emotion, beautiful image and melody.

""Where there is no time Where there's only space Where two souls can touch in moments without embrace There's living proof That spirit is the only truth......." -Harriet Schock from "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn"This is brilliant! The idea, image, melody and lyric are all wonderful. Harriet Schock brings truth and powerful thoughts all wrapped in sweet emotion to a place where all who listen.... come to a greater understanding. She has such BIG things to say to us and brings it to us (the world) in a way that we are not intimidated by the message and it feels accessible and we want for more. Rosebud, is an excellent CD. Harriet Schock is a remarkable artist."
