Dew captures a moment between musicians. Since 2001, Douglas Lee, Robert Petersen, and Quazar have been taking Gwendolyn's music to a new level by adding their unique instrumentation to performances in and around Los Angeles and San Francisco. Doug's glass harmonica, Robert's upright bass and Quazar's pots and pans have given audiences something unusual to enjoy! Gwendolyn decided to make an album that would reflect their experience playing together. Dew was recorded live at Sunrise Studios in California. She then added the talents of Smokey Hormel on guitar (Beck) and Ralph Carney on horn (Tom Waits). The result is something warm and organic; a moment between musicians... and friends.
