"It's one of the COOLest song by Gwen. It's slow, but it's good. If you ever seen the video clip, it's good! This single is good, but I'd rather choose Rich Girl than this. The lyrics, it's like a poem (maybe). For the lyrics, I give her 8.5. It's much more better than the Hollaback Girl lyrics, I must say. For the tone, she got 9. It's slow and good. Many other slow songs has a boring tone. But this one is different! For the video clip, I'd give 8. She looked classy and... beautiful. Even the cover is good!
With this song, Gwen proofs that she can sing different kinds of music. In Pop, her Rich Girl is really gooood. In Rock (with little combination with pop) , her What You Waiting For rocks! In hiphop, her Hollaback Girl is really really popular (wow, it got a triple platinum!). In slow(80s-90s) music, Cool is the best. Luxurious is also slow and good.
So, overall, this single got 9.5 for me!
Highly recommended! Buy it! :)"

""Cool" Gwen's fourth single from her solo album "Love.Angel.Music.Baby" This song is...well..."COOL." The single opens with the album version wich is great. It has a 90's vibe to it. Then there's the "COOL (Photek remix)" which in my opinion could have been better but there's something about it that makes you like it even though you hate it. Then comes "Hollaback Girl (Dancehollaback Remix by Tony Kanal)" which is a kick ass remix not the like the one on the "Hollaback Girl" single this one has a more reggae sound to it and it's longer and more danceable than the "Hollatronix Remix by Diplo". Then the topping on the single is the video. Where Gwen goes from brunette to blond to brunette with a gorgeous hair-do and clothing. This single is a must for any Gwen fan like myself!"

"The song "Cool" is a great song. The remixes on this cd are okay to me. I love remixes, but these were not that great. I mainly bought the CD for the video, which I love, and the video doesnt exist on the cd I bought. Be mindful about that possibility if you want to buy this cd. The song and video for "Cool" are superb!"
Nice to have one of the remixes here...

"Those looking for the "Richard X" remix of Cool were let down by this single, which only included the Photek remix--which has an 80s dance beat and a guitar/synth feel that is a dead ringer for early new order. However, the full length Richard X mix has now been released on the import CD single for "Luxurious", which also includes a remix of Luxurious! And just to clarify an error by another reviewer, it is the Richard X mix that sounds like Heaven 17's "Let Him Go," not this photek mix."
Gwen Slows Down... Cool!

"This song is a look back at the 80's if you know what I mean. The chimes especially make it seem so laid back. This song is slowed down compared to her last 3 singles which she released. COOL is very infectious despite the slow feel and move of the song. The phototec remix is also good giving the song a more revivial sound and making it danceable. To me this was a good choice for her. Give this song a listen, to anyone reading this..."
