Where has this guy been all my life?

"I really get off on the blues---B.B. King, Albert Collins, Luther Tucker---but rarely do I find a young artist comparable to these old hands. The first time I saw Guy Forsyth perform (at Antone's nightclub in downtown Austin, Texas), I knew that here was one of very few bluesmen whose sound and style come remotely close to those we all know and dearly love. His music has a very modern, distinctive flavour---he's one of those musicians who you can automatically identify on hearing one of his songs---yet he still manages to tip his hat to the old favourites. All in all, I have to say any fan of the blues absolutely cannot live without this all-powerful hard-rocker's debut album."
A Truly Great Blues Album

"This album showcases a wonderful Austin Band's abilities. The guitar and harmonica explosions are only matched by the Guy's powerful voice. Gil-T provides a rythm that leaves any blues fan shaking at the knees."
