By far their worst album

"Do youself a favor and purchase ANY Grupo Niche CD except this one. Here is why:
**First, the arrangements are substandard. Their is no swing in the music AT ALL. They sound robotic and artificial which brings me to point two.
**Second, the overuse of artificial drum machines. There is a time and place to use drum machines, but if you are trying to pay tribute to Cuban music including Timba, drum machines are not the way. Cuban music has swing for days thanks to their very talented musicians. The drum machines do not do them justice and make the music sound cheezy.
**Third, this album is not representative of Grupo Niche. Granted they may have been trying to experiment a bit and pay tribute to Cuban music, but don't let this album turn you off to this truly magnificent salsa group from Colombia. Buy any of their other albums and you wont be dissapointed. You don't have to take my word for it. Take a listen to the sound samples if they are working and listen for yourself, then listen to any of their other albums and hear the difference."
6 great cha-chas on one CD!

"I would recommend this CD to ballroom dancers - it has six cha-chas on one CD! Four of them are excellent. The track listing seems to be incorrect. This is from the cover of my CD:1. California (cha-cha)
2. Sta. Isabel De Las Lajas (cha-cha)
3. Baile del Suavito (one of the best cha-chas I've ever heard!!)
4. Luna de Mayo (cumbia)
5. Mata Siguaraya (so-so cha-cha)
6. En El Mar (cha-cha)
7. Bonito y Sabroso (cha-cha)
8. Suavecito (salsa)
9. Canonazos (salsa)
10. La Culpa La Tiene (salsa)"
"Niche shows Great Versatility",

"Grupo Niche shows their great versatility when it comes to music.
Some will say that this album is featuring only Cuban music, if so, it's just another tribute to this extremely talented group!
Since when is it less enjoyable dancing to Cuban music then Columbian or Puerto Rican or any Latin music?
If the music is deep in the pocket (rhythm) it can be danced to! This CD is DEEP and not just Cuban!
The album is on target with the exceptional quality one expects from this group.
It is very safe to say any Niche fan will definitely enjoy, cherish and be proud to own this CD. You can dance till your heart is content.
This CD will bring the sun out on a cloudy day, put a smile on a frowned face and just leave you feeling
grateful to be healthy and alive.
What a wonderful gift to dancers, listeners, and music loving fans. Thanks guys!
This CD gets a BIG GREEN Light! It's too good to pass up. Enjoy!"
